[video] wow that glaring typo there. Just pretend that said Fal'cie, yes? ;A;

A Wall that is a Wonder? [She's not sure what that is exactly, but it sounds cool.] It must look wonderful. Too bad I can't explore it.

[Though she should really be over her need to explore random places, it got her into trouble once already.]

Well Fal'Cie are a pretty complicated topic, but it's hard to talk about Cocoon without talking about the Fal'Cie who created it and keep it going.

[This time as she talks she falls into a sort of teacher's lecture mode, because Cocoon and Fal'Cie are things she's talked to her students about innumerable times. Sadly she can't go super into detail about awesome things like Etro and the like, because she hasn't experienced them yet.]

A long time ago the Fal'Cie created Cocoon as a way to look after humanity. Ever since then they'd taken care of us. They monitored the weather, made sure we had energy, food, and all the basic things of life that we took for granted when I was growing up.

The opposite of Cocoon was Pulse, or at least that's what we were always taught. Cocoon was civilization and Pulse was wild, heathen lands that were like hell on earth. Pulse was full of monsters and anything or anyone living there had only one goal - the destruction of Cocoon.

Several years ago now, I was exploring an ancient vestige and stumbled across a Pulse Fal'Cie on Cocoon. This Fal'cie branded me and started off a chain of events that would lead to the end of the world as we knew it.

[She stops then, looking a little flushed in the cheeks.]

I feel a little silly explaining this to someone who already knows about what I'm talking about.
